Introduction

Welcome to Refery, a marketing platform where businesses can launch their advertising campaigns and users can earn by sharing those campaigns. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using our mobile application (the "Service") operated by Refery ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

User Registration

• Users can register on Refery via Single Sign-On (SSO) through their Apple or Google accounts.
• By registering, users agree to provide accurate and current information about themselves.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use our Service.

Campaigns

All campaigns are manually reviewed by the Refery Team to ensure they adhere to our standards. However, we cannot guarantee the legitimacy or safety of advertisers, especially if changes are made to their websites post-review.

Sharing

• Users must include their Refery link when sharing campaigns. Failure to include the link will result in an inability to track interactions and earn commissions from the shared campaign.
• Suspicious or malicious activity over your link may result in account suspension or cancellation of payouts, forfeiting any earned balances in your Refery account.
• If a campaign ends or the budget is exhausted, the Refery link will remain active but no earnings will accrue.

Commissions

1. Processing Time for Commissions and Clicks

Please be aware that there might be a processing delay in recording commissions and clicks. This delay is necessary for accurate tracking and verification of the traffic generated through your referral links. We strive to ensure that all legitimate clicks and commissions are accounted for in a timely manner.

2. Prohibition of Suspicious or Malicious Activity

Engaging in suspicious or malicious activities through your referral link is strictly prohibited. Such activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, fraudulent clicks, or any other deceptive practices. In the event that your account exhibits such behavior, we reserve the right to suspend your account and cancel any pending payouts. Any earned balances in your Refery account may be forfeited as a result of such actions.

3. Ban on Automated Bots

The use of automated bots or any software designed to artificially generate clicks or commissions is strictly forbidden. Our system is designed to detect such activities, and the use of these methods will lead to immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

4. Restriction on Personal IP Address

Please note that commissions generated from clicks originating from your own IP address will not be recognized. Our system automatically blocks these to maintain fair and legitimate commission tracking.

5. Security System Bypass

Attempting to bypass or tamper with our security systems to generate commissions is a violation of our terms. We employ advanced measures to ensure the integrity of our platform, and any attempts to circumvent these systems will result in immediate account termination and potential legal consequences.

6. Legitimate Visitors Misidentified

In rare cases, legitimate visitors may be incorrectly identified as bots or spam by our system. We continuously work to improve our algorithms to minimize such occurrences. If you believe that legitimate commissions have been unfairly denied, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. Exclusive Interaction Clause

Be aware that if a user has already interacted with a site through a different referral link, the commission for subsequent interactions may not be credited to your account. This is to ensure fairness and prevent the same user action from generating multiple commissions across different referral links. Our system tracks the first referral link interaction and attributes commissions accordingly. In cases where a user has previously engaged with the site via another referral link, your link will not be eligible for commission for that specific user interaction. This policy is crucial for maintaining the integrity and fairness of the commission system.

Payouts

• A minimum balance is required for payouts. You can see the exact amount in the Wallet page of our app.
• Payout requests may be subject to manual verification and this process can take up to 14 days to complete.

Unlabeled Advertising

When using Refery to share advertising content, it is essential to maintain transparency and honesty with your audience. Users are required to explicitly mark any content, such as posts or shared media, as an advertisement when it is not immediately apparent that the content is promotional in nature. This ensures clarity and adheres to ethical advertising practices. Additionally, when sharing ad images provided by advertisers or Refery, these images will automatically include a watermark with the text "Sponsored." This watermark is an integral part of maintaining transparency about the nature of the content. However, it is important to note that Refery assumes no liability for unlabeled advertising content shared by users. It is the responsibility of each individual user to ensure that their shared content complies with these guidelines and is appropriately labeled as advertising where necessary. Compliance with these terms helps maintain the integrity of the Refery platform and protects both users and advertisers.

Third Party Services

• Our Service utilizes third-party services including Sentry and Cloudflare. By using our Service, you agree to comply with Sentry's Terms of Service and Cloudflare's Service Specific Terms.

• We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information.
